It's true, I'm afraid there is only 2 ways to fix it.

First one is to try and force v-sync in the game, however only the nvidia control panel has any chance of working

Second one, get an adaptive refresh rate monitor (ik very helpful)

Guys, whenever i try to unzip it 7z warns me that there is an error and whenever I launch the game I automaticly die, my system is totally capable of playing this

Can you make this 3rd or 1st person? The game is really good but I don't really like this kind of Camera.
